Emails you'll receive

Klixey sends you a handful of emails over time. They fall into a few simple categories — this page is a quick map so you know what to look for.

When you sign up

A welcome note from Patrick, our founder.

You'll also get a verification email to confirm your address, plus a password reset link whenever you ask for one.

When you build a team

When you invite someone to your workspace, they get an invitation email. When they accept, you get a notification (and so does the admin who sent the invite, if it wasn't you).

When you're approaching a contact limit

If you're on a lifetime plan, we'll email you when you cross 80% of your contact ceiling so you can plan ahead. If you hit the limit, we'll send a few follow-ups during your 14-day grace period and let you know once new signups are paused. See contact limits for the full picture.

When customers book or sign up

You get a notification whenever:

  • A customer books an appointment with you, cancels, or reschedules.
  • A customer signs up for an event.
  • An event slot you've cancelled has been processed.

For appointments, you'll also get reminders before each session. For events, you get one reminder per slot (not one per attendee).

When Klixey bills you for your plan

Receipts, invoices, and payment-failure notices for your Klixey plan come from Stripe directly — that's the sender, not Klixey. To change which inbox they go to, update your email in Account → Profile. To download past invoices, visit your billing page.

If you stop receiving emails

If you stop seeing emails you used to get, your address may have ended up on a deliverability block list (this happens automatically after a few bounces or spam complaints). Check your spam folder first; if there's nothing there, email support@klixey.com and we'll clear it.
