Income dashboard

The Income page is your at-a-glance view of every payment that's hit your connected payment account through Klixey. It sits in the sidebar between Store and Customers.

Quick answer

Open Income in the sidebar. You'll see four stat cards at the top (total revenue, payment count, average payment, period growth), then a filterable, sortable table of every payment. Need it in a spreadsheet? Hit Export for a CSV of whatever you're currently looking at.

The four stat cards

At the top of the page, four cards summarise the period you're filtered to:

Card	What it shows
Total revenue	Sum of every payment in the period, in your workspace currency.
Payment count	How many transactions made up that total.
Average payment	Total revenue ÷ payment count. Useful for spotting whether you're selling more low-ticket items or fewer high-ticket ones.
Period growth	How this period compares to the prior equivalent window, shown as a percentage with an up- or down-arrow.

If you've just connected your payment account and haven't sold yet, the cards show zeroes — they fill in as soon as your first sale lands.

Filters

A collapsible filter panel sits above the table. Open it to narrow what you're looking at:

• Date range — preset chips for Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, and This year, plus a custom range picker for any window you want.
• Customer — search by name or email to see what one buyer has paid you over time.
• Product — pick one product to see only revenue from that product.
• Payment type — switch between one-time and subscription to compare income streams.

Filters stack — pick a date range, then a customer, then a product, and you'll see the intersection.

Why filter by customer?

Filtering by a single customer is the fastest way to settle "what has Sarah actually paid me?" questions. It pulls together one-time purchases and every renewal of any subscription she's on.

The income table

Below the stat cards and filters, every payment in the current view is listed in a sortable table:

• Date — when the payment landed.
• Customer — name and email of the buyer.
• Product — what they bought.
• Amount — what they paid, in the original transaction currency.
• Status — a color-coded badge (see below).

Click any column header to sort by that column. Click again to flip the direction. The bottom of the table has pagination if your result set runs more than one page.

Status badges

Status	What it means
Succeeded	The payment went through. This is the normal state for revenue you can count on.
Pending	The bank or card network hasn't confirmed yet. Most pending payments resolve to Succeeded within minutes.
Failed	The payment didn't go through. You haven't been paid.
Refunded	You (or the customer) reversed the charge. The money has been returned.

Read these together

Total revenue counts Succeeded payments. Failed and Refunded transactions show in the list so you have the full picture, but they don't add to your revenue total.

Multi-currency

If you sell in more than one currency, the stat cards always show totals in your workspace currency — Klixey converts on the fly so you can compare apples to apples. Each row in the table also shows the original transaction currency so you don't lose sight of what the customer actually paid.

Empty state

If your filters return nothing, Klixey says so plainly — "No payments match your filters" — with a hint to widen the date range or clear filters. That's a deliberate choice so you don't wonder whether the page broke.

If you've never had a sale yet, the page tells you that too, and points you at Connecting your payment account.

Exporting to CSV

The Export button on the Income page downloads everything currently in view — filters and sort order preserved — as a CSV file. Open it in any spreadsheet or hand it off to your accountant.

There's a soft rate limit on exports — a handful per hour — so you can't accidentally trigger huge background jobs. If you hit the limit, wait a few minutes and try again.

One detail to know

Klixey escapes CSV cells that start with certain characters to prevent spreadsheet formulas from running on import. Numbers and currency amounts come through untouched.

What you see vs what's in your payment account

The Income page reflects every payment that came through Klixey's checkout — which is almost everything. The one exception:

• If you issue a refund directly inside your payment provider's dashboard (without going through Klixey's refund flow), Klixey may not know about it.

For that reason: when the two disagree, your payment provider's dashboard is the source of truth. Klixey's view is the working surface for your day-to-day decisions. For how refunds work in Klixey, see Refunds, failed payments, and disputes.

Income is finance data, so access is gated by role:
