Quick answer
Klixey has two ways to pay. Lifetime is a one-time purchase (Starter, Growth, Business). Subscription is monthly or annual (Pro, Scale). Every plan includes Email campaigns and templates; subscriptions add unlimited contacts, unlimited storage, and unlimited workflow automations.

A lifetime plan doesn't expire. You can upgrade to a higher lifetime tier any time, or switch to a subscription whenever you'd like more headroom.

You're not locked in. Upgrade a lifetime tier, or switch to a subscription, at any time. Subscription upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at your next renewal so you keep your higher-tier limits until then.
What happens if you outgrow a lifetime plan
If you're on a lifetime plan and your customer count climbs:
- At 80% of your contact ceiling, we'll email you so you can plan ahead.
- At 100%, your store keeps accepting new signups for a 14-day grace period.
- After the grace period, new signups pause until you upgrade. Existing customers keep their access either way.
Upgrading to a higher lifetime tier — or switching to a subscription — clears the over-limit state right away.
