Creating your Klixey account

Klixey is plan-gated from the very first click — there's no free workspace tier. You pick a plan, enter your details and card on a single page, and your account is created the moment your payment clears.

Quick answer

Open klixey.com/pricing, pick the plan that fits your scale, enter your name, email, password, and card on the signup page, then click Create account. You're logged in immediately and taken into a short onboarding wizard.

Step 1: Pick a plan

Start at klixey.com/pricing. Klixey offers two ways to pay:

The toggle on the pricing page swaps between formats. Each plan card shows what's included — contacts, storage, workspaces, team size, and which features unlock.

Click the plan's button to start signup. Your chosen plan is carried into the signup page automatically.

Step 2: Fill in the signup form

The signup page is a single form with two halves:

1. Your details — first name, last name, email, password.
2. Payment — card details, billing name, country.

Everything happens on one page. There's no separate billing step after account creation, no trial that quietly converts later. You enter your card and Klixey verifies it as part of signup.

Why a card up front?

Klixey is a paid product on every tier — there's no free workspace. Lifetime plans are charged once at signup. Subscriptions start billing immediately. Either way, your card is verified before your account exists, so you and your customers never end up in a half-broken state where a workspace exists but billing failed. Step 3: Confirm with your bank if asked

Sometimes — usually for European cards or higher-value purchases — your bank wants a second confirmation step before letting the payment through. If that happens, you'll see a short prompt right inside the signup page:

• A push notification to your bank's app, OR
• A one-time code by SMS or email, OR
• A fingerprint or face-ID prompt.

Once you approve, the payment completes. You never leave the signup page.

Step 4: You're in

The moment the payment clears:

1. Your Klixey account is created.
2. You're logged in automatically — no need to type your password again.
3. You're sent to the onboarding wizard to set up your first store.
4. A welcome email arrives in your inbox from Patrick, our founder.
5. A verification email is also sent. Open it when you have a moment and click the link to confirm your address.

Lifetime vs subscription signup

Both formats use the same signup page. The only difference is what your card is charged for:

• Lifetime — your card is charged the plan's one-time price. There's no renewal date and no risk of losing access later.
• Subscription — your subscription starts the moment signup completes. You're billed for the first period right away, then again at each renewal.

If signup fails

The most common reasons signup doesn't go through:

• Card declined. Your bank refused the charge — could be the card, the balance, or a fraud flag. Try another card, or call your bank.
• Bank verification timed out. You waited too long to approve the prompt. Click Try again on the error message.
• Email already in use. You already have a Klixey account on this email. Sign in instead, or use a different address.

No account is created until the payment succeeds. If you see an error on the signup page, you can fix the issue and resubmit without losing what you've filled in.

What's next

Once you're logged in, the onboarding wizard walks you through naming your workspace and store. After that, you'll land on your dashboard and can start adding products.
